EMPLOYEE HONOR AWARDS
Swedspan group CEO Christian Günther Schwarz visited "Swedspan Giriu Bizonas" on 19th of October. Swedspan Giriu Bizonas team has been congratulated with the good results achieved in FY 11 which makes the mother company proud of its unit in Lithuania.
FY11 ended with extraordinary success for "Swedspan Giriu Bizonas" - records achieved in production and logistics. Environmental issues also got noticed, as the factory was best rated in achievements of "Green Agenda" goals.
Pleasant surprise - "the Best Co-worker" nomination was introduced for the first time in Swedspan group. And for the first time "Swedspan Giriu Bizonas" workers - production manager Gintaras Sveikata and maintenance manager Rimantas Macijauskas - had the honor to be awarded. "I am so excited. I couldn't have done it without our wondeful team"- R. Macijauskas mentioned. "It is always a great feeling to be awarded – . And yet so unexpected! "- G. Sveikata shared his emotions. Both employees received commemorative certificates from the Swedspan group CEO Mr. Ch. G. Schwarz.
In conclusion of his visit to Kazlu Ruda's factory Mr. Ch. G. Schwarz wished "Swedpan Giriu Bizonas" employees to proceed with efforts and strive for a new records and awards.
